Care Partners
Our care partners are all highly experienced and motivated professionals with several years experience in home care.
Gabbie (pictured left) has nearly 30 years experience in home and aged care. She has worked within the St Louis community as a support worker, workforce coordinator, and a care coordinator.
Amanda (pictured middle) is a skilled and diligent care partner with a strong background as a disability and home care support worker. She previously worked in office management within the window furnishings industry and, seeking a change, started working as a private carer in the disability industry before moving to St Louis Care at Home in 2022. Amanda enjoys early mornings, yoga, the outdoors, and meeting so many lovely people in her role.
Emma (pictured right) is a registered nurse who began her career at the Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) in the surgical and infectious diseases team, later moving into Hospital In The Home (HITH). In 2016, she transitioned to community nursing with Silverchain and has since worked across both nursing and care management. Emma brings her strong clinical expertise to her role as our clinical manager.

Karena Sherriff
Karena brings over two decades of aged care management experience to her role as our Chief Executive Officer. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work in 1997 and most recently completed her Masters of Business Administration in 2022. Karena is committed to delivering exceptional home care tailored to each individual.
Karena excels in cultivating a compassionate, attentive team that is focused on delivering high quality person-centred care to enhance independent living for our clients.
She regularly hosts meet-and-greets for prospective clients, and free educational sessions about the aged care system.

Teelia Peploe
Teelia is a Registered Nurse with over 25 years of extensive experience in aged care and perioperative nursing, both in England and Australia. Having grown up in homes adjacent to the nursing facilities her parents managed, Teelia has been immersed in aged care and the needs of older Australians from a young age.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science with a specialisation in Alzheimer’s research. Teelia is dedicated to delivering personalised care that emphasises independence and fosters a strong sense of community.
Teelia is actively involved in the professional community as a member of The Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Aged and Community Care Providers Association, and contributes to the WA Home Care Advisory Group.
Gayle Reilly
Gayle is a seasoned Registered Nurse with an impressive 45-year career dedicated to enhancing the lives of others. Her journey in healthcare has been profoundly rewarding, characterised by an unwavering commitment to delivering compassionate care and support.
For the past 25 years, Gayle has specialised in aged care, holding key positions such as Clinical Nurse, Director of Nursing, and various management roles. Her expertise goes beyond traditional nursing, with certifications in the ‘Eden Alternative’ Philosophy and extensive training in dementia management and geriatric-specific conditions.
With a firm belief in early intervention and personalised case management, Gayle is passionate about enabling older Australians to age in place with dignity and independence. Through her compassionate approach and dedication to individualised care, she strives to empower her clients to live life to the fullest, ensuring they thrive within their own homes for as long as possible.
Ed Wilson
Ed is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience. Ed holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws from UNSW, along with a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from the Securities Institute of Australia, making him adept in both business and legal matters.
As a CFA Charterholder and Licensed Real Estate Agent in NSW and WA, Ed possesses a robust expertise in investment management and real estate. He has served as the CEO of Continuing Health Care Group and the Director of CHC Home and Aged Care Pty Ltd since 2012, underscoring his dedication to the healthcare sector.
Ed is actively involved in the Aged & Community Care Providers Association’s Retirement Living Advisory Groups in both NSW and WA, having previously chaired the WA group. With his diverse background and commitment to excellence, Ed is focused on improving outcomes in both finance and healthcare.
Courtney Gibson
Courtney is a highly experienced FCPA, non-executive Director and Corporate Executive with over 30 years of broad commercial acumen gained through Senior Partnership in Global Advisory Firms and C suite roles across corporate advisory, risk, corporate finance, Royal Commissions and forensic accounting.
His prior engagements include mid-size businesses, ASX listed companies, corporate and government, both in Australia and internationally.
Courtney applies a deep knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements underpinned by strong governance, ethics and integrity in past and present Board and Board Advisory roles.
